Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to [email protected]. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
9/1/2017 No cancellation fee before 9/1/2017.
10/01/2017 $150 fee for cancellations between 09/01/2017 through 10/01/2017.
10/02/2017 No refunds from 10/02/2017 and onwards.

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or [email protected].
