With the Next Generation Leadership Initiative, NH&RA seeks to:
- Engage the voices of rising executives in a conversation about what’s next for affordable housing.
- Create connections and opportunities for the next generation of industry leaders.
- Sustain the success of affordable housing and ensure NH&RA continues our legacy of helping members expand their business.
The Initiative brings together mid-career professionals who are rising, or have risen, to executive level positions within their organizations. The group includes developers, syndicators, investors, lenders, accountants, attorneys, and other affordable housing professionals.
