Lets Get Moving Walk
Thursday, July 16 time 7:30-8:45am. Start the conference with a refreshing walk through Newport! This walk is open to all conference attendees and guests.

Opening Reception & Dinner
Thursday, July 16 time 6:00-8:00pm. The Opening Reception & Dinner is included in conference registration for those attending the 2015 Summer Institute. Guests of conference participants are welcome to join us for this family-friendly event. Please register your guests ahead of time so that we can accommodate everyone.

Newport Historic Walking Tour
Friday, July 17 time 2:00-3:30pm. Join a guided walking tour the colonial Newport! This historical walk is open to all conference attendees and guests.

General Sailing Excursion
Friday, July 17 2:00-5:00pm. Set sail on an America’s Cup Boat! This exciting nautical event is open to all conference attendees and guests.

Next Generation Leadership Sailing Excursion
Friday, July 17 2:00-5:00pm. As part of our Next Generation Leadership Initiative, we will host a special event aboard an America’s Cup Boat for our industry’s up-and-coming leaders.

Closing Reception
Saturday, July 18 4:00*-7:30pm.
- Closing Reception and Polo Match Registration: $50 per person
Join us for a quintessential Newport experience at the Newport vs. Dallas polo match. We will host our closing celebration on a private deck at the Newport International Polo Grounds, where conference attendees and their guests can enjoy gourmet hors d’oeuvres and two complimentary drinks, including Veuve Clicquot Champagne & unique specialty cocktails.
NH&RA will provide shuttle transportation between the event and the Hotel Viking. Please indicate whether you will use the transportation service when you register or e-mail info@housingonline.com. Complimentary reserved parking is also available.
*Shuttle transportation will depart the Hotel Viking at 3:30pm and return at approximately 7:30pm.
If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the polo match will be rescheduled for the following day. If your plans do not allow you to stay for the rescheduled match, we will refund $30 of your registration fee.
