Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 06/22/2015 | $150 cancellation fee |
| 07/18/2015 | Cancellation fee equal to cost of registration |
Registration Substitution Policy
If you can no longer attend the 2015 NH&RA Summer Institute and/or Asset Management Symposium, you are welcome to send a substitute from your firm. Please contact Irta John at ijohn@housingonline.com if you would like someone to attend the conference in your place.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Attendees must register for the NH&RA Summer Institute within fourteen (14) days of making a hotel reservation or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
