Developers Council Luncheon
We invite multifamily affordable housing developers take this unique opportunity to convene, discuss common challenges, and brainstorm solutions.

Opening Reception & Dinner
Conference participants and families are welcome to join us for a reception at the Harbor View Hotel.

- Conference participants: no fee
- Adult guests: $165 per person
- Child guests: $80 per person
Sunset Sailing Excursion
Set sail with us and enjoy the island’s beauty from beyond the shore. All conference participants and their families are invited to join us on this excursion. The boat will pick us up from the Edgartown harbor, walking distance from the Harbor View Hotel. After our sail, we will return to Vineyard Haven. You are welcome to join us for dinner after the sail at Black Dog Tavern (separate sign-up required). If not, transportation will be provided back to the Harbor View Hotel.
Friday, July 22, 4:00pm-7:00pm
4:00pm: Set sail from Edgartown
7:00pm: Return to land in Vineyard Haven
Registration fee: $120
*Space is limited. NOTE: We will only issue refunds if Black Dog Charter cancels the event, which is unlikely unless there is a major weather event. We will sail rain or shine! If you need to cancel, we cannot issue a refund unless your spot is taken by someone else.
Lobster Dinner at Black Dog Tavern
No New England trip is complete without “lobsta!” We invite conference participants and families to join us for Lobster Night at the Black Dog Taven in Vineyard Haven, which is about a 20-minute drive from the Harbor View Hotel. Transportation will be included.

Conference participants and families are welcome to join us for cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres.
