Arizona to Hold Public Hearing on Support Housing – Sept. 6

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is holding a public meeting to receive input on the use of $3.5 million in newly allocated funds from the Housing Trust Fund that shall be used for constructing or renovating facilities and on housing assistance, including support services, for persons who have been determined to be seriously mentally ill and to be chronically resistant to treatment.

Arizona to Hold Public Hearing on Impediments to Fair Housing Report – August 20

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is holding a public meeting to receive input on the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing on August 20, 2019 from 5 to 6 pm MST at the Scott Resort and Spa Resort, 4925 N. Scottsdale, Arizona 85251. As part of the process, ADOH is conducting two brief surveys to help identify community priorities.

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) announced the 2019 LIHTC recipients. The 2019 awards increase the number of imputed people served by 25.64 percent (604 people), when compared to 2018 awards.

The Arizona Department of Housing published a Notice of Funding Available (NOFA) that solicits applications from local governments, non-profits or for-profit entities for owner occupied housing rehabilitation activities. Approximately $3.5 million in HOME funding is available through this NOFA and applications are due by 4 pm MST on Aug. 30, 2019.
