Registration is currently open for the 2018 Multi-Family Housing Conference with the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority.
New Hampshire Housing held a formal public hearing on March 23, 2018 to receive comments on the draft Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). An audio recording, PowerPoint presentation, and documents are available.
These standards apply to multifamily properties being refinanced through NHHFA or are being acquired through NHHFA financing.
Topic of discussion will be the scoring criteria in the 2018 QAP as well as other general issues.

As a result of concerns voiced during the 2017 QAP public hearing regarding the use of walkscore, the agency proposed changes to HFA:109.07.A. 10. to include another qualifying component – Community Center Area.

Revised Underwriting and Development Policies for Multi-Family Finance have been posted to the New Hampshire Housing website. These policies will be applied to projects financed by the Authority, effective immediately.
QAP Deadlines Minnesota: Minnesota Housing announced the availability of an estimated $70 million in funding through the 2014 consolidated Request for Proposals (RFP) and $12.5 million in 2015 Housing Tax Credits (Round 1). The application deadline is June 10, 2014 by 5:00 PM.
