The legislation would clarifiy that disaster housing credits in Indiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska, Texas and Wisconsin would be eligible for the Tax Credit Exchange Program.
