Conducted by HUD’s Office of Policy Development and Research, Multifamily Property Managers’ Satisfaction with Service Coordination explores property managers’ satisfaction with supportive services provided to 348,000 low-income elderly and non-elderly persons with disabilities. These services, arranged by HUD-funded service coordinators and offered in 3,742 privately owned, HUD-assisted multifamily housing developments, include housekeeping, personal care, meal preparation, and short-term counseling. The study explores the extent to which service coordination affects quality of life, independent living, and aging in place.
