Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is currently offering approximately $2.1 million in federal housing tax credits to affordable rental housing developers. Developers have until 3:00 p.m. April 15, 2011 to apply to DSHA for federal housing tax credits. Interested investors and developers may obtain the 2011 Housing Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and application materials by accessing DSHA’s website located at: www.destatehousing.com.
