Arizona: The Arizona Department of Housing has announced a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for funding through the State Housing Fund, HOME and CDBG.

Arkansas: The ADFA Board proposed the inclusion of a new scoring category – “Arkansas Based Developer Preference” and directed staff to draft the criteria. Public comment period for the proposed scoring criteria will end with a Public Hearing Scheduled for 9:30 A.M. on November 17th at ADFA offices.

Florida: The FHFC issued RFA 2014-113 Financing To Build Larger Permanent Supportive Housing Properties For Persons With Developmental Disabilities. Interested parties may access the complete RFA and the online Application to apply for funding. The Application Deadline for RFA 2014-113 is 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on November 14, 2014.

Georgia: The draft version of the 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan for the State of Georgia is now available for review on the DCA website.

Iowa: The 2015 Housing Tax Credit Application is now available on the IFA website and will be available through Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 4:30 p.m.

Kentucky: Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has posted frequently asked questions with answers on their website. This content will be updated periodically.

Louisiana: The Louisiana Housing Corporation (LHC) is releasing a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the Preliminary Commitment of up to $5,500,000 of HOME Investment Partnership Program funds (HOME Funds), $4,800,000 of Community Development Block Grant funds (CDBG Funds), and $540,000 of Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds (NSP Funds) to be used to implement the 2014 Fall Affordable Housing Initiative (Fall Initiative).

Louisiana: The LHC announced that a public hearing on the proposed Calendar Year 2015 Qualified Allocation Plan (the “2015 QAP”) will be held at 9:00 a.m. on November 5, 2014, at the Louisiana Housing Corporation, 2415 Quail Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70808.

Michigan: MSHDA has released the MSHDA Multifamily Direct Lending Parameters Final Draft and will accept any final comments through October 31, 2014.

North Dakota: The 2015-2016 Qualified Allocation Plan and the Notice of Public Hearing documents have been released by the NDHFA and are available online.

Ohio: Application materials for the 2015 Housing Tax Credit program year have been posted to the OHFA website. Partners will have the opportunity to review and make comments through Friday, October 31. At the conclusion of the comment period, PP&D will post a final version of the application package.

Ohio: OHFA received 10 applications for the 2014 Bond Gap Financing Program. Funding decisions will be announced on October 23, 2014.

Ohio: The new Multifamily Lending Program was approved by the OHFA Board on September 17. The objective of the program is to provide financing to 20 projects a year (approximately 1,000 units) over state fiscal years 2015 through 2017. The maximum loan amount is $1 Million.

Oregon: Public Hearings have been scheduled to receive comments on the following Oregon Administrative Rules. West Virginia: The West Virginia Housing Development Fund has tentatively scheduled the 2015 LIHTCP Application Workshop for Monday and Tuesday, March 23 & 24, 2015 at the Marriott Town Center in Charleston, WV. When the plans are finalized, information will be posted to the WVHDF LIHTCP website.

Wyoming: Wyoming’s draft Affordable Housing Plan is available on the WCDA website for review. This Plan includes the LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan and the HOME Program Description.

Wyoming: A webinar is being conducted to introduce the public to the initial draft of Wyoming’s 2015 Annual Action Plan of the Consolidated Plan which includes CDBG, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, ESG, and HOPWA programs.
