The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is seeking submissions for The Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Awards, which recognize exemplary developments that demonstrate creativity in expanding housing opportunities for America’s working families, and The Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Awards, which honor developments that ensure housing affordability for a range of incomes. ULI Awards programs are open to all, not just ULI members.

Submissions to both awards competitions are due by March 16, 2015. The submission fee to the Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Awards is is $500 for private sector and $200 for public sector and non-profit organizations. This fee applies to the type of company or organization submitting the application, not the type of project being submitted. There is no submission fee for the The Robert C. Larson Housing Policy Leadership Awards.

Application portal, instructions, eligibility guidelines, fees, and entry deadlines are available at uli.org/awards. Applications must be accompanied by high-quality images that best illustrate the special features and merits of the project. Designers and/or members of the development team must submit completed applications to ULI no later than March 16, 2015.

The awards juries will convene to review all submissions and choose short-listed projects to visit. At least one jury member visits each short-listed project, and the jury reconvenes to choose the winner.

The ULI Award winners will be announced at the ULI Fall Meeting in San Francisco, California, October 6–9, 2015.
