The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) is preparing proposed regulation changes related to federal disaster credits established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. In determining the allocation of these credits, TCAC is considering multiple factors including anticipated demand of LIHTC applications for shovel ready projects.
