The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) launched the Colorado Affordable Housing Developer’s Guide, with the intention of supporting local for-profit and nonprofit developers, community leaders and advocates seeking to ensure that safe, decent and affordable housing is an intentional and integrated part of their community fabric.
CHFA will hold the following Affordable Housing Developer’s Guide 101 Trainings:
- Pueblo Community College from 9:30 to noon MT on February 15, register here.
- Alamosa Recreation Center from 9:30 to noon MT on February 16, register here.
- La Plata County Fairgrounds from 1 to 3:30 p.m. MT on February 22, register here.
- The Ute Theatre from 1 to 3:30 p.m. MT on February 23, register here.
- Online from 9:30 to noon MT on March 2, register here.
