Florida Housing will hold a board of director meeting on March 4. To be included on the Board Meeting agenda, the following deadlines must be met: 

  • All waiver requests, extension requests or any item requiring Board approval with supporting documentation must be submitted to the Corporation for staff review no later than Monday, Jan. 31, 2022; and 
  • For those items that need to go to the March Board meeting, draft credit underwriting reports must be submitted to Florida Housing staff by Monday, Jan. 31, 2022 by close of business. If a draft credit underwriting report is not received by this date, it will not be included in the Board package. Final reports are due by noon on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2022. 

Please coordinate with your underwriters to ensure that they receive all necessary diligence in order to make these deadlines. Failure to submit all documentation for staff review by this deadline may cause the request to be presented a later Board Meeting.
