Yardi Matrix released their National Affordable Housing Report which compares rents between market rate and fully affordable housing units in their database. By The Numbers: The database encompasses 120,000 multifamily properties (26,000 fully affordable) and 23 million units (3.5 million fully affordable).

Delaware Governor Signs Bill into Law to Establish the Affordable Rental Housing Program

Governor Matt Meyer signed Senate Bill 150 which establishes the Affordable Rental Housing Program to provide loans that expand affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities.  For more information, click here.

Ohio Issues Public Hearing Notice for the 2026 Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) Guidelines 

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) noticed a public hearing to receive comments for the first draft of the 2026 HDGF Guidelines. The time and call-in information for the hearing is Friday, September 19, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Access the meeting link here.
