Any development team member intending to participate in a multifamily project application to be submitted in calendar year 2023 who has not received a capacity approval letter from Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) or whose capacity approval letter has expired must submit a Development Team Capacity Application.

The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency updated its Affordable Housing Production Fund (AHPF) Guidelines, effective Jan. 12, 2023.
