Qualified Allocation Plans

Virginia Housing Development Authority posted the 2016 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program application, manual, tab documents, and other information to its website.

These guidelines are designed to assist owners, contractors, and independent certified public accountants in the preparation and submission of the Contractor’s Cost Certification Forms for KHC’s development programs, including the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

On January 25, 2016 from 1:30-3:30 New Hampshire Housing will have a public forum at the New Hampshire Audubon facility at 84 Silk Farm Road, Concord, New Hampshire.

Applications are due January 26, 2016 by 5:00 p.m. There are approximately $469,000 in tax credits available in Round 2. An additional $261,000 in returned credits may also become available this round.

Oregon Housing and Community Services released the latest draft of its Qualified Allocation Plan. This draft will be presented to the Housing Stability Council on Friday, January 8, 2015.

Documents related to the 2016 QAP will be posted by January 8, 2016.

The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee released its 2016 Market Study Guidelines.

OHFA has released the 2015 Draft Ohio QAP for public review and comments. The annual public hearing for the 2015 QAP will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Comments may be emailed to [email protected].

The final 2016 Qualified Allocation Plan is now available on the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency website. The preliminary application for 2016 Housing Credits is also available, and is due by noon on January 22, 2016.

The Idaho Housing and Finance Association posted an updated draft of the 2016 QAP to its website. This draft will be presented to the IHFA Board of Commissioners for approval.

Washington State Housing Finance Commission has developed additional resources for stakeholders seeking to use energy modeling for their projects.

Through this system, the Agency will accept the Intent to Submit and supplemental information that must be submitted by Friday, January 8, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
