Public Housing Joint Venture Symposium
NH&RA is pleased to announce that registration is open for our inaugural Public Housing Joint Venture Symposium, which will be held on February 18, immediately prior to our 2015 NH&RA Annual Meeting (February 19-22, 2015) at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL.
The full day summit will convene developers, Public Housing Authorities (PHAs), government officials, consultants, and professionals to explore the intricacies of public housing revitalization through joint venture partnerships. Our expert panelists will explore challenges and opportunities associated with small and large-scale redevelopment and recapitalization opportunities. Key areas of focus will include:
- Recapitalizing aging HOPE VI and mixed-finance housing
- Implementing HUD’s Transformation Regulations
- Creating a competitive Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Application
- Leveraging the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program
