Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of registrations must be received in writing-fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to tamdur@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Cutoff Date Fee Assessed
12/19/2014 No fee assessed
1/16/2015 $150.00 cancellation fee
After 1/16/2015 Fee equivalent to event registration cost

Registration Substitution Policy

No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting Caitlin Jones at (202) 939-1778 or cjones@housingonline.com.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Attendees must register for the NH&RA Annual Meeting within fourteen (14) days of making a hotel reservation or the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
