All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email email@example.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individuals must register for the conference within two weeks of reserving a room in the NH&RA hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point.
