All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

|12/16/2018||No cancellation fee before 12/16/2018.|
|1/25/2019||$150 fee for cancellations between 12/16/2018 through 1/25/2019.|
|1/26/2019||No refunds from 1/26/2019 onward.|
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or email@example.com.
