After two years of convening virtually, NH&RA’s Spring Developers Forum is back, live and in-person, June 7-8 in Washington, DC! NH&RA’s Spring Developers Forum brings together leading affordable housing developers from the region and country to gather for thoughtful, transaction-oriented discussions. The event has a well-earned reputation for exploring thought-provoking issues, new opportunities, and solutions for our industry’s most daunting challenges. Join NH&RA for our annual spring business meeting to connect with industry friends and colleagues, share strategies and gain insight into the latest developments impacting the affordable housing marketplace.

The Wharf neighborhood is located near two Metro stations which are only a short walk or free Southwest Shuttle ride from the water.

5-minute walk to Waterfront Metro: Head southwest on Maine Ave. SW, which will turn into M St. SW. Turn left onto 4th St. SW, and the Metro station will be on your right.

8-minute walk to L’Enfant Plaza Metro: Head north on 7th Street SW, turn right onto D St. SW, and the Metro will be on your right. Get a free ride to The Wharf on our SW Shuttle from this Metro station.

By Car

The Wharf is conveniently located just off I-395/I-695 and 7th Street SW. However, driving to The Wharf may not be the fastest way to get here due to frequent special events, traffic congestion, and limited parking.
