Registration & Hotel Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s registration cancellation policy is as follows:

| 5/13/2022 | $150 fee for cancellations between 4/23/2022 through 5/13/2022 |
| 5/14/2022 | No refunds from 5/14/2022 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All attendee reservations must be accompanied by a first night’s room deposit. A cancellation or arrival date change less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival or a no-show will result in a charge equal to three (3) night’s room (or maximum length of reservation if less than three (3) nights) and tax. In the event that a guest in our block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add a minimum early checkout fee of one (1) night’s room and tax, to that guest’s individual account.
