Kentucky Housing Commission Announces 9% LIHTC Awards for 2026
Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) announced for the 2026 competitive Multifamily round for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and other program resources. KHC received 31 applications requesting more than $35 million in Housing Credits and was able to fund 15 projects with: $15,930,560 from 2026 LIHTCs, $1,800,000 from HOME, $500,000 from AHTF, and $4,500,000 from RHTF. Minnesota Housing announced the award of nearly $7.5 million in grants to 21 infrastructure projects that will support housing development through the new Greater Minnesota Housing Infrastructure Grant Program. Infrastructure projects will support plans for approximately 450 single family and 400 multifamily housing units across Greater Minnesota.
