Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Releases 2026 QAP 

The final draft of the 2026 Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) is now available on the OHFA website.  View and download all 2026 QAP Materials  This final draft will be taken to the September 24 Trustees meeting for approval.

Ohio Issues Public Hearing Notice for the 2026 Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) Guidelines 

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) noticed a public hearing to receive comments for the first draft of the 2026 HDGF Guidelines. The time and call-in information for the hearing is Friday, September 19, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Access the meeting link here.

Delaware Governor Signs Bill into Law to Establish the Affordable Rental Housing Program
