This RFP requests proposals from residential developers, including nonprofit developers, housing organizations and service organizations for the construction and/or rehabilitation of affordable housing to generally serve households with incomes under 60 percent of Area Median Income, consistent with the provisions of the ARPA. Development of transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, housing for youth, homeless, and/or other special needs populations is also eligible.
