Missouri Housing Development Commission modified their FY2026 Federal 4% LIHTC NOFA on February 20, 2026. The 2026 Federal 4% LIHTC NOFA document can be found on MHDC’s website here. Modifications to this NOFA include the following: Please note that applications submitted for the Round Three application deadline will not be required to enter the application in MHDC’s Multifamily Application and Administration Portal system.
