Ohio Senators Consider, then Reconsider Halting State Historic Tax Credits

During ongoing state budget discussions, the Ohio Senate proposed legislation that would put the state’s historic tax credit program on pause for two years. The provision would prevent the Ohio Development Services Agency from issuing rehabilitation tax credit certificates.
