Cancellation Fee
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

| 12/31/2021 | No cancellation fee before 1/1/2022 |
| 1/28/2022 | $150 fee for cancellations between 1/1/2022 through 1/28/2022 |
| 1/29/2022 | No refunds from 1/29/2022 onward |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
