All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or email@example.com.
