Idaho Governor Brad Little (R) approved the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) 2020 QAP. IHFA posted both a clean final version and a redline version. IHFA is currently updating its application forms and exhibits and will post 2020 versions soon.

The Idaho Housing and Finance Association is proposing to amend Section 6.4.14 of its QAP, which governs selection criteria for new construction or adaptive reuse developments. The amendment lists the average land cost at $21.03, hard construction costs at $159.61 and all remaining development costs at $94.77 per residential square foot.
