The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is seeking comments on a proposed amendment regarding the handling of the waiting list for the 34-county jurisdictional area for TDHCA’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Comments are due by 5 p.m. CT on June 28.

In preparation for the 2021 nine percent LIHTC application cycle, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) posted a revised 2021 Multifamily Uniform Application for use in preparing applications for multifamily funding from the Multifamily Finance Division. The revised application includes updates to the links between Tabs 42, 47 and 48. The updated links will allow data to conveniently autofill within the respective tabs.
