Applications concurrently requesting Competitive LIHTC may amend their application to accommodate another fund source and make changes that still meet threshold requirements in 10 TAC Chapters 11 and 13 of this title, if such changes do not impact scoring under Section 11.9 of this title (relating to Competitive HTC Selection Criteria).

The National Low Income Housing Coalition is leading a sign-on letter for the Eviction Crisis Act (S. 2182), which would create a national eviction database, and a permanent $3 billion grant program for states, local and tribal governments, to provide emergency eviction rental assistance for extremely low-income households.

The Kentucky Housing Corporation opened its Universal Funding Application for the 2023 LIHTC funding round. Applications are due by noon E.T. on September 15.
