Applications concurrently requesting Competitive LIHTC may amend their application to accommodate another fund source and make changes that still meet threshold requirements in 10 TAC Chapters 11 and 13 of this title, if such changes do not impact scoring under Section 11.9 of this title (relating to Competitive HTC Selection Criteria).
