The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs announced a Notice of Funding Availability of $84 million in Emergency Rental Assistance 2 Housing Stability Services funds for cities, counties, councils of governments, public housing authorities, private nonprofit organizations and other eligible organizations per U.S. Department of the Treasury regulations, to provide housing stability services to income eligible households experiencing housing instability.
