Tara Hall has been promoted to manager of rental development at the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. Hall has been on the rental investment team since 2002 and has served as a senior housing development analyst for much of that time. Hall will oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental housing programs, from application through construction and project completion.

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency has announced that J. Adam Abram has been appointed chair of its Board of Directors by Governor Roy Cooper. Abram is the founder, chair and CEO of James River Group, Ltd. which owns a group of insurance companies that underwrite casualty insurance in 50 states.
